L’Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (UCSC), was founded in 1921, it is an Italian, Catholic, private university, located in Milan, Brescia, Cremona, Piacenza and Rome.
The founding and promoting institution of the University is the Istituto Giuseppe Toniolo di Studi Superiori.
Nearly 40,000 students are enrolled in 42 undergraduate and 45 graduate courses at the University. There are over 10,000 graduates each year. There are also 1,400 teachers working in the various departments.
According to the indicator developed by QS Graduate Employability Rankings, the University holds the 132nd place in the world according to the recruiters’ liking and it is among the top five in Italy. L’Università Cattolica is also among the elite institutions, i.e. among the top 200 at international level in 10 out of 42 areas analyzed by QS World University Ranking by subject in 2016.
In terms of teaching, since 2013 FpS Media carried out media, innovation and sector entrepreneurship seminars at the School of Journalism at the University Cattolica (Almed).
