ItaliaCamp was created by a group of young people between 20 and 35 years of age who knew how to create an innovative network of ideas, in cooperation with seventy national and international universities.
ItaliaCamp unites people, institutions, organizations at a local level in order to promote and support projects and social innovation processes.
The association was founded in 2010 and in the same year the first edition of the competition “Your Idea for the Country” was launched. After the success of the competition and the adoption of the 10 winning ideas by some of the most important companies and institutions in the country, in 2011 a Foundation was set up as well.
The goal of the company ItaliaCamp S.r.l. is to stimulate innovative solutions through three areas of competence: Milano Hub Management, Placement & Innovation, and Impact Finance Service.
FpS Media dealt with the launch of the first Italiacamp initiatives in 2010: a project that took place in Lecce, Brussels and Milan with the aim to choose “Your Idea for the Country”. Through its communication campaign and the press office for these events, FpS translated a complex idea into an easily comprehensible message for the wider public.
