Ethics is not just a philosophical category. To us it means, above all, respect for the public, who is hungry for information. Thus, we strive to find a positive balance between good quality and easy to access media items. We divide our time between our office, where our door is always open, and the world around us in order to talk to people and learn from them what we do not know yet. This is our way to show that we are not lobbying for anybody; we are media agency without sponsors or financial backers and all our profits come from the hard work of our associates.

We want to talk to everybody, without depending on anybody.


Every member of our team has specific skills, all of them necessary but none of them enough by itself. Nowadays, not only you need a quick pen, but you also need to know how to shoot a video, edit an audio or video file, interact on social media, create a website or design an app. Because of this, FpS Media invests in something called “continuous mutual learning”, where everyone shares their knowledge with everybody else. This enables individuals to excel in a particular field and allows everyone else to further their professional experience.

Sharing time and skills creates knowledge.

Essere padroni del proprio futuro vuol dire assumersi responsabilità. Impegnarsi in un progetto significa anche condividere obiettivi specifici e decisioni idonee a realizzarlo. Per questo tutti devono essere potenzialmente pronti a ricoprire ogni mansione. Una possibilità e un dovere che prevede, ad esempio, la candidatura automatica di tutti i soci quando sorge la necessità di creare una nuova figura nella compagine di FpS Media. To be a master of your own future you need to take responsibility. To engage in a project means setting shared goals and taking the necessary steps to achieve them. In order to make this happen everybody has to be ready to fulfil potentially every role, be it on the journalist side or be it on the organizational side. This means that if a new vacancy opens up at FpS media, all the associates are automatically considered as candidates. You should never hide and you should face your perceived limits, making them a source of new knowledge.
A collective, responsible and resilient intelligence is created by working together.


Associates and collaborators of FpS Media come from different places, proud of where they come from and of being Italian. But their eyes are wide open on the horizon that expands outside of their national borders. Traveling, meant as the pleasure of discovery and of learning about new things, has become one of our modus operandi thanks to the collaboration and to the work projects carried out with foreign colleagues. FpS Media wants to be a place of discussion, a link in an international chain where ideas and questions, wherever they may come from, can be answered.
No man is an island, and every journalist must keep an alert leye on the world around them.


Free work doesn’t exist. Volunteer work exists but it is not work. There is good work and bad work, work made by people with less or more experience. It is, thus, fair to pay wages, albeit ad hoc, that are proportional to the worker’s skills. But unpaid work is never acceptable. Never. This custom, which we call exploitation, is unworthy. That’s the reason why every time we have hired an intern or a collaborator, we have always compensated them. Otherwise we do the job ourselves.
Work is valuable and has to be paid.
